1. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is regulated in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. “ Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person” It is expressed as follows. As can be understood from the definition, any information that makes you identifiable is personal data. In addition to all these, political views, sect, race, religion, association-foundation membership, health information, philosophical thoughts, beliefs, sexual orientation, criminal record, criminal conviction information, and biometric data are special personal data.

4. METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON
Your personal data is collected through the distance sales contract on our website and processed by automatic means.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698, based on the legal grounds that it is clearly prescribed by law, that it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to a contract provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.

5. PARTIES TO WHICH PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Your data is transferred to third parties when necessary, in accordance with the terms of our confidentiality agreements, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. While transferring data, GNP Istanbul acts in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and takes the necessary technical and administrative measures.

Your personal data may be transferred to suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private law legal entities, and judicial authorities for the purposes of fulfilling contractual requirements, ensuring the performance of goods and services, conducting goods and service sales processes, conducting communication activities, ensuring business continuity, conducting business processes, performing commercial activities carried out by the company, fulfilling the legal obligations of the data controller, and proving legal disputes, based on the legal reasons specified in this information text regarding data processing within the scope of Article 8/2(a) of Law No. 6698. In addition, it is possible for your personal data in question to be transferred to our suppliers located abroad and/or whose servers are located abroad from whom we receive cloud services in order to increase our service quality and continuity based on the explicit consent requirement within the scope of Article 9/1 of Law No. 6698.

6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER

A- GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICATION AND YOUR RIGHTS
The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 regulates the rights of the data owner in its Article 11. The data owner is considered as the " related person " in the law and the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of his/her data is foreseen . According to this article, the request rights of the related person are as follows:

1. Learning whether personal data is being processed,
2. To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law titled “Deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data”
7. Request that the operations carried out in accordance with clauses (4) and (5) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
8. Objection to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems.
9. To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Your requests regarding your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 explained above Depending on the nature of the request, GNP Istanbul will respond as soon as possible or within thirty days at the latest. Applications must be made by the data owner himself/herself. GNP Istanbul will only consider the application made by the data owner.

B- APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Acting as data controller You can send your requests regarding your rights specified above to GNP Istanbul in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller's system. In order to exercise your request rights regarding personal data, you can review the information on our website and also  “Information Request Form Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698”  you can use.

C- INFORMATION TO BE INCLUDED IN THE APPLICATION
