SHIPPING

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Your orders will be shipped to your delivery address within 1 to 5 business days in Turkey. Internation Shipments are done via DHL and can take up 10 business days.

What if the item is Defected?
When you receive your package, please check your items with the delivery employee.
Please return any items in cases such as torn, smashed, opened, wet package.
Please fill up the returning form provided by delivery company and return the Cargo to sender.



RETURNS AND EXHANGE

When Can I Return an Item?
You may return any product within 14 business days of its receipt. Original receipt is required as proof of purchase.


When Will I receive my Refund?
For all returns, we aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item. It may take 1 to 3 business days in banks to transfer the money to credit card. It may take longer for debit cards.
