Shipping


All your orders for Turkey are delivered via Surat Kargo free of charge.
All international orders are delivered via DHL and cost 50 USD.
Your orders will be shipped to your delivery address within 1 to 5 business days.
When you receive your package, please check your items with the delivery employee.
Please return any items in cases such as torn, smashed, opened, wet package.
Please fill up the returning form provided by delivery company.

According to Turkish law, one has to provide personal information such as first name, last name, Turkish ID number (Passport number for foreigners), or ID given by Turkish government.
Shipping-delivery companies are required to keep the personal information by law for two years.
In case of consumer does not want to provide any personal information, the package may not be given by the shipping company and return to the sender.



Requirements For Returning



Returns For Turkey

If you want to return any items that you have bought, we provide free return shipping via Surat Kargo. Please do not forget to give our account number 1285760549 to the delivery company when you return an item.
You will be required to pay the delivery fee if you use another delivery company.
You may return any product within 14 business days. Original receipt is required as proof of purchase. Please also fill up the returning form provided by the company.
All items must have the original package and accessories.
If your return does not match our standards, we will send you back the items.
For all returns, we aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
It may take 1 to 3 business days in banks to transfer the money to credit card. It may take longer for debit cards. According to our banking policies, payments by installments will be refunded by installments.



Returns For International Shipping

Items can only be returned for refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you.
For all returns, we aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
We don’t offer exchanges for international shipments. If you would like to change the product, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Pls use an international courier service to return the products.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage and please make sure they’re packed up properly.

Items are eligible for exchanging for 14 days.
Items for exchanging should be unused.
Exchange form and the original receipt are required.
Please do not forget to write name and number of the item you want to receive.
After checking the eligibility of the item for returning or exchanging we will contact you via e-mail for the process. If the item is in stock it will be sent you free of charge in 1 business day.
If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded according to our refunding policy.
If your exchange request does not match our standards the items will be returned to the consumer free of charge.
