SHIPPING AND RETURN CONDITIONS

When your order is delivered, you can open and check your package with the cargo officer. The package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, etc. If the package is in poor condition or if you encounter an unexpected situation or problem product, do not take delivery of the package. Make sure that the package is returned to us by the cargo company by keeping a record with the cargo officer.

All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be shipped undamaged and in full original packaging. Returns are not accepted if clothing products have been used and/or modified. If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address by cargo.

Right of return:

You can send the products you want to return with Yurtiçi Kargo. An e-mail will be sent when your return reaches us. In exchange requests sent with other shipping companies, the shipping fee belongs to the sender. It will not be accepted if it is sent with buyer paid. 

Refunds:

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 10 working days. While the reflection period of the refunded amount on credit cards is 1-3 working days on average, this process may take longer for debit cards. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.

CHANGE CONDITIONS:

Right to change within 14 days

You can return the products you want to change within 14 days from the date you receive the order. We kindly ask you to send the product you want to replace, unused and undamaged, together with the original invoice and by filling out the exchange form completely, to the specified address via Yurtiçi Kargo. In the return/exchange form, we kindly ask you to indicate that there is an "Exchange Request" and write the size/color you want instead of the product you want to exchange. After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stock, it will be sent to you by cargo within 1 working day. If the product is out of stock, the fee you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method. The change is made only in the form of color / size / number changes of the same model products. It is not possible to exchange with a different product. If your exchange request does not comply with the exchange conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address by cargo.

Right to change:
